Baroque Rome: Pantheon, Navona and Trevi
Free · no booking Loop route
- Duration
- 2 h 5 min approx.
- Distance
- 4.2 km on foot
- Stops
- 10 stops
A circular walk through the heart of Rome, from the Pantheon to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, by way of Navona, Campo de' Fiori and the hidden squares in between. An elephant carrying an obelisk, a dome that does not exist, a temple turned customs house and an artists' rivalry that perhaps never happened the way it is told. About two hours and some four kilometres, not counting time inside the buildings.
